Which software do the presets work with?
Adobe Lightroom Classic, Lightroom (cloud) and Adobe Camera Raw on desktop via XMP files. Lightroom Mobile on iOS and Android via DNG files, including the free version of the app.
Do they work on JPEGs or only RAW?
Both. The looks are built on RAW files from mixed flash and stage light, but every pack is tested on JPEGs too. You get more latitude from RAW, especially in the shadows.
Will the presets fix badly exposed shots?
No preset does. They give you a consistent starting point so you make one or two small adjustments per frame instead of twenty. The guides cover getting the exposure right in the room.
How do I install them?
Each pack comes with a one-page install guide and a short video. On desktop it is File, Import Profiles and Presets. On mobile you import the DNG files and save each one as a preset.
How do I receive the files?
Checkout runs on Whop. Right after payment you get instant access to the downloads in your Whop account, plus an email receipt.
Do I get future updates?
Yes. When a pack or guide is updated, the new version appears in your Whop downloads at no extra cost.
Can I use the presets on client work?
Yes. One purchase covers you as a photographer for personal and commercial work. You may not resell, share or repackage the files themselves.
What is the refund policy?
Digital files cannot be returned, so there are no refunds once the download has been accessed. If something is broken or does not install, email and it gets fixed.
